Return and Exchange Policy

At Kee & You, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer exchanges within the following guidelines:

1. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to exchange an item.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
